 What is Canva?



Canva is a platform that was founded in 2012 in Australia. Canva is a platform where members can prepare presentations, create visual content, and create designs for social media posts.

Designers in Canva can add the photos they want to the templates, edit them and bring their designs to life quickly.

It is very easy to design from Canva, which has many features such as Banner, Slider, Social media designs. Even people without any design knowledge can design easily and quickly using Canva.

While designing Canva, you can click on the text to untie the text group in the template and create your design by moving it to separate areas. However, by deleting this section, you can also select the text groups you like from the text section of Canva and create a design by editing these texts.

When you click on the text section in the design, sections such as font, font, font color will appear at the top of Canva. Through these sections, you can edit your texts as you wish.

 What is Kahoot? What is Kahoot is a website that makes the repetition of the topics covered in the lessons more enjoyable thanks to the joint use of components such as mobile phones, computers, tablets and smart boards. The aim here is to learn in a fun way and to reinforce the course content. You can find content on many courses and topics on the site, or you can also prepare and use a re-exam (quiz) if you want. To summarize, it is an application for interactive online quizzes. Another alternative to Kahoot is Quizizz. In order to use the Kahoot application, we need to create an account. What is Storybird? Storybird is a free book creation site. Although its interface is in English, it is very easy to use and is a useful educational tool especially for language teachers such as Turkish, English and German. Students can read created books; They can write their own books, stories and poems. How to use? To read any book published on the Storybird site, it is sufficient to click on the "READ" category at the top when you first enter the site and choose one of the books that appear. If there is a projector or smart board in the classroom, you can easily find a book on the site and read it as a class. However, an account is required to create a book. One of the nice things about it is that the teacher can open an account, create a class, and invite students with the class code. Even parents can be included if desired.
