 What Is Edpuzzle And How Does It Work? Edpuzzle is one of the virtual classroom applications that can be used in flipped classroom applications. Edpuzzle application is a useful and free virtual classroom application where you can edit videos using any video on the internet, narrate with your own voice, add voice notes, add questions for your students and review the answers given by the students to the questions added to the videos, and check whether the student watches the video you have created. You can upload videos on your computer or mobile device into the system, or you can create your lectures by adding videos from sources such as "Youtube", "Ted", "Khan Academy", "Learn Zillion" provided to you in the system. What Is Pear Deck and What is it used for? Pear Deck is a Google Slides add-on designed to help teachers create engaging slide show-style content for the classroom and for remote learning. Since this is Google-integrated, it allows teachers to create or edit presentations right there from within their own Google account. The best place to start would be to use the Pear Deck add-on to convert existing PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations to Pear Deck lessons. It's some work up front, but the payoff in student engagement is worth it. Add in a Pear Deck question slide or template to review a concept from a previous lesson, gather student questions or feedback about last night's homework, or introduce today's lesson with a question or problem.
